Refund Policy

All sales made through Sir Marvelous are final. We do not offer refunds, exchanges, or credits of any kind, for any reason.

This policy applies to all purchases, including:

Digital Products: eBooks and any other downloadable content are delivered immediately upon purchase. Because of the nature of digital goods, all sales are final once access is granted.

Merchandise: All physical products are made to order through a third party. We do not accept returns or exchanges, including for sizing issues or items damaged in transit. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

Events: Event tickets and admission are non-refundable and non-transferable. If an event is canceled or rescheduled by Sir Marvelous, registered attendees will be notified directly with information on next steps.

Virtual and In-Person Coaching and Services: All coaching packages and session bookings are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to availability and is not guaranteed. A fee will be imposed for all rescheduled sessions.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute does not override this policy. All disputes will be responded to with documentation of your purchase agreement and acknowledgment of these terms.
